“The Standard Lens”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of this website and related services (the “Platform”).

2) Important disclaimer (not financial advice)

4) Subscriptions, billing, cancellation & refunds

• Some features are behind a paywall. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) at the price shown at the time of purchase, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or access you chose not to use.
• Cancelling. You may cancel at any time (through PayPal or your account). Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you will not be billed for any future billing period.
• Access after cancelling. Cancelling does not end your access immediately — you keep full access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, and access ends only when that paid period expires.

5) Content, sources & third-party links

• Market data, articles, videos, and links may be provided by third parties.
• We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it.
• Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

6) Intellectual property

All original content on this Platform — including but not limited to the visual design, layout, node-based lens interface, AI-generated summaries, editorial commentary, branding, and software — is the intellectual property of The Standard Lens and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our original content without our prior written consent.

The Platform aggregates and displays content sourced from publicly available third-party feeds, news outlets, and data providers ("Aggregated Content"). Aggregated Content is the property of its respective owners and is displayed for informational purposes only. We do not claim ownership of Aggregated Content. Where required, content is attributed to its original source.
